How to make pan-fried fish

2. Prepare onion, ginger, egg white, and cornstarch
3. Heat the pot dry and smear the surface with ginger. In this way, the fried fish will not stick to the pan and the fried fish will be golden. Then pour in the oil (note that the oil in the hot pan is cold)
4. Dip the whole fish in egg white and cornstarch in turn, and then put it into the oil pan. Be careful not to flip the fish. You can shake the pan with your hands to allow the oil to heat the fish evenly. Turn the fish over after about 3 minutes.
