Ingredients: 1 bowl of brown rice | 5 shrimps | 1 egg | 50g corn kernels | shredded seaweed | minced meat | 10g butter | onion | shallot.
Exercise:
1. Marinate shrimps with a little cooking wine, sea salt and black pepper 15 minutes.
2. Beat the eggs well and season with a little salt. Put a little butter in the pot and heat it to melt. Pour in the eggs, stir fry and take them out.
3. Heat the butter again until it melts, add the shrimp and fry until it is cooked.
4. Add onions and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant, add corn and stir-fry until it is not ripe, and then add rice and stir-fry.
5. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce+1 tablespoon soy sauce+a little salt to taste, add shrimps, eggs, shredded seaweed and minced meat, stir well, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and minced meat, and serve.
