Oil, garlic, aniseed, dried pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Slice pork belly into thick slices, add more oil to the pan, fry in the pan until both sides are golden and shiny, and remove for later use. Boiled eggs and green peppers are fried into tiger skins respectively.
