1. The simplest thing is to have a non-stick pan. It's easy to make it in a non-stick pan. Most people don't stick to the pan when cooking fried eggs.
2. If it doesn't stick to the pan, you can also make it according to my production method. There are three specific methods:
Method 1:
Ingredients: eggs, cooking oil
Practice: put a little salt or sugar in the oil at the bottom of the pot before making. You don't have to stir the fried eggs evenly like other eggs. Just crack the egg and pour it on the oil, and it will be ready soon. When one side is done, turn the other side over to continue, so that it won't stick to the pot.
Method 2:
Ingredients: eggs, cooking oil
Practice: Wash the pot clean, and the water on the pot must be dried. When pouring oil, it is easy to fry in a frying pan, and the oil is easy to spill on your hands. Heat the pan first, then put the oil in it. When the oil temperature is moderate, be careful not to break it, which will paste the pot. Don't move after beating, simmer for a while, weigh the pot gently, feel that the eggs can move, and then turn over. Turn it too early, the egg is not ripe yet.
In order to make the yolk tender, when frying the first side, pour the oil on the egg with a frying spoon. After the egg white changes color and solidifies, turn it over and fry it a little, then take it out of the pan. The yolk is tender. If you don't turn it, turn it over with a shovel and it will become a semi-circular poached egg.
Method 3:
Ingredients: eggs, cooking oil
Practice: The main reason why frying eggs in frying pan will stick to the pan is that there are small but dense scratches on the surface of the pan. When frying eggs, substances such as coking protein will stick to scratches. If the surface of the pot is smooth, or there is enough oil, protein will not touch the pot, so it will not stick to the pot. Put the empty pot on the stove and heat it with medium or low fire, then add a proper amount of oil to the heated pot, and then heat the oil, preferably beat in eggs.
