Sometimes I make my own bread or cake without deliberately thinking about the reasons for doing so. I think my children are happy and happy. Ingredients: 500 grams of high-gluten flour, 50 grams of low-gluten flour, 200 ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of milk powder and 2 eggs;

Put butter after the first kneading, restart the kneading program, and knead for another 20 minutes. After fermentation, the dough is vented and divided into two pieces. Add100g chocolate powder to a piece of dough. If the color is not dark enough, you can add some chocolate powder. Until the dough is kneaded into the color of cocoa.

Rub the original cocoa with a rolling pin, and match it with a light color and a dark color.

Roll up 5 pieces from top to bottom. Cut it from the middle with a knife, and use the cut part as the bottom to make it into the shape of a rose.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake it for 20 minutes.

1. After the dough is fermented for the first time, you can use the quick kneading function of the bread machine to knead it several times more, and the internal structure of the bread will be finer.
2. The dough didn't put too much sugar when it was first stirred. The cocoa powder I use contains sugar. Please adjust the sugar to your own taste.
3. When setting, two different dough colors should be overlapped, so that the effect will be only a light color and a dark color, which can be rolled into 5-6 pieces.
