2. Select the ellipse marquee tool, press Shift+Alt, press the left mouse button at the intersection of auxiliary lines, and drag the mouse to make the selection close to the auxiliary lines.
3. Select Select → Modify → Shrink the menu item and shrink it by 6 pixels. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to cancel the selection, and press Delete to delete the selected image, as shown in the figure below.
4. Select the ellipse marquee tool, press Shift+Alt, drag the selected area with the left mouse button at the intersection of auxiliary lines, and press Delete to delete the selected area image.
5. Select the rectangle marquee tool, select the upper part of the circle, and press the Delete key to delete the selected image, as shown in the figure.
6. Select the ellipse marquee tool, hold down Shift+Alt, hold down the left mouse button at the intersection of the auxiliary lines and drag the mouse to make the selection close to the auxiliary lines, and select the menu item Edit → Stroke, and the stroke width is 2 pixels, as shown in the figure. Complete the stroke of the center of the circle in the same way.
7. Enter the text and finish.
