What do you eat when you get home from get off work? 6 quick dishes, cook whichever one you want, faster than ordering takeout! Today's society is very fast-paced. Whether living in rural areas or cities, everyone has their own things to be busy with. They are busy working outside during the day and go home to do housework at night. If there is no one at home to help, we still have to cook when we get home. Due to limited time and a tiring day, when I get home from get off work, I don’t have the energy to cook too complicated meals, so I’ll make something simple.
Here are 6 quick-serve dishes that are delicious and faster than ordering takeout. Choose two of them and start cooking them after get off work.
Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar
Method:
1. Wash the Pleurotus eryngii After cleaning, cut in half and then tear into thin strips.
2. Remove stems and seeds from green and red peppers, wash and cut into shreds.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, then add green and red peppers and stir-fry until raw.
5. Finally add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to taste.
Ingredients: Seabass, green onions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce
1. Clean the seabass and cut it into pieces, then add salt, cooking wine, ginger and green onions. Marinate for more than 20 minutes. This step can be prepared in advance and placed in the refrigerator to marinate.
2. Place the marinated seabass pieces in a porcelain bowl with good thermal conductivity, put it in the microwave, and select the steam fish mode for 8 minutes.
3. After it comes out of the oven, pour the steamed fish with soy sauce and it’s ready to eat.
Ingredients: tofu, red pepper, chives, salt, ginger, chicken essence
1. Cut the tofu into slices, cut the chives into sections, and cut the chili into rings.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the tofu, then half a bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Finally, pour in the scallion segments, then add salt and chicken essence to taste, reduce the heat and the soup is ready to be poured out.
Ingredients: chicken legs, green onions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce
1. Wash the chicken legs and chop into small pieces, rinse with water and drain Moisture.

1. Peel and wash the yam, cut into hob pieces and place In the bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then add 1/3 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, and a little salt, and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Pour the fried minced meat on the yam and steam it in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Ingredients: Dried fragrant pepper, celery, ginger, garlic, dried chili pepper, light soy sauce, salt, sugar
1. Cut the dried fragrant sticks into strips, remove the leaves from the celery, wash and cut into sections.
