Materials
1 green papaya, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of fine sugar, 150cc of plum vinegar
Method
1. Peel the green papaya, cut it in half and remove the seeds and inner membrane , then shred and set aside.
2. Put the green papaya shreds from Step 1 into a mixing bowl, add salt, mix well, and marinate for 1 minute.
3. Wash the method 2 with cold boiled water, and then drain the water.
4. Add all the seasonings from step 3, mix well, marinate for 1 day and then serve.
