2. Wash and cut green peppers and red peppers, and shred ginger for later use.
3. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and heat it.
4. Pour shredded ginger, green pepper and red pepper into the pot and stir well.
5. When the green pepper is fried to 70% maturity, add appropriate amount of salt.
6. Pour in beef and stir fry, and add some soy sauce.
7. Stir fry evenly for the second time, and then take it out of the pot.
