Repairing the fountain and heightening the asphalt pavement were all automatically supported by the parents of Zhu Houda, a classmate in Class Two, Grade Five, which saved the school more than 50,000 yuan.
In order to facilitate teachers to prepare lessons and communicate online, we have equipped the class teachers of all grade groups with a new computer. According to the characteristics of one-year educational reform, we bought four multifunctional projectors, and the physical projection effect is very good. In order to equip the school's reading activities, we have customized bookcases of uniform size for each class, so that the books donated by students will not be scattered all over the floor, and the classrooms and offices will be more tidy and beautiful. The quality of comprehensive management of school logistics is reflected in school financial work, school property management, canteen, school bus insurance management and many other aspects. These meticulous work can ensure the smooth progress of all the work in the school. Accounting management: strictly control the financial system, proceed from the overall situation of the school, and do everything possible to increase revenue and reduce expenditure to avoid waste. On the issue of funds, the money that can or cannot be spent should be shaken, and the money that must be spent should be spent as little as possible. Shop around and save every penny for the school. In the management of school production, we should be careful and dedicated. In order to reduce the work intensity of front-line teachers, try not to implicate them. This year, old flower beds were demolished, lawns were planted, safflower wheat was planted, soil was turned over to fertilize flowers and plants, and sports equipment and walls in the campus were painted. All these tasks are accomplished by our logistics drivers, chefs and guards with strange efforts during the break. It is true that they are regular workers in our school, but their professionalism and lofty realm of not asking for returns are worth learning.
In addition, we regard safety education as one of the key contents of logistics work. Usually, the general inspection makes the canteen management check every day, the students' safety check every day, the "three rooms" and the classroom and office safety check every day, and the school daily management check frequently. These inspections are not a mere formality, so the inspection is too detailed and the focus is on making records. We actively cooperate with the Tieling Municipal Health Bureau and the Production and Education Department of the District Education Bureau to inspect and guide the logistics work and solve problems in time.
This semester, we pay more attention to the insurance management of school buses. The students who took the second school bus were selected and concentrated in the children's classroom of Class 3 while waiting for the bus. Teacher Du is responsible for the safety of students. Please change the recipe to fried carrots! Most parents are satisfied with the service in the school canteen. For example, in the two days of this year's district education system sports meeting, our logistics repeatedly discussed what to eat in these two days one week in advance. In order to make all the teachers and students on the playground eat delicious food, the staff in the canteen and all the teachers who help come to school at five o'clock in the morning to make noodles and jiaozi, and send vegetarian stuffing to students who don't eat meat. Considering that teachers and students are particularly thirsty in hot weather, they are prepared with mung bean porridge, corn porridge, sausage and tea eggs. As long as teachers and students eat and drink well, we will be happy and our psychology will not be in vain.
In a word, there are still many shortcomings in logistics. We should continue to work hard to make our primary school logistics work to a higher level.
