Take beef and potatoes and cut them into the same size. Cut the tomatoes into strips for use.
Oil the pan. Might as well add a little more, so that the beef can be fried faster.
Cut the onion into small pieces and put it in the pot when the oil is hot. Stir-fry a few times and it will smell good. Pour in the beef.
Stir-fry until the meat is slightly discolored. Add a little more oil to the pot.
Add a little onion, potatoes and tomatoes when it is hot. Stir fry. Add chicken essence and sugar in the middle.
Look at peeled tomatoes. Add some water. After boiling, add cinnamon and soy sauce.
Cook for another five minutes on medium heat, and the potatoes can almost be tied with chopsticks. Change the fire, add beef and wine, and add some sauce.
After a while, the soup was as sticky as lotus root starch. Add salt, stir and serve.
