Chongqing University Library, located atNo. Zheng Sha Street 174, Shapingba District, Chongqing, is one of the largest libraries in western China. Founded in June 1930, it is a comprehensive and research-oriented university library.

According to the campus and subject layout, Chongqing University Library has set up three branches, including a campus science and technology library (including a sound library), a campus architecture library, and a Huxi library (including four residential libraries, a science branch library and a local records library). It has also established a liberal arts branch and a news branch in cooperation with the college. The total building area is 59,362 square meters, and there are 548 1 reading seats.
