I. Materials
50g of Ganoderma lucidum, 35g of colla Corii Asini, 5 red dates, 3 longan, 0/00g of keel/kloc, 2 slices of ginger and 3g of salt.
working methods
1. Soak the flower gum in cold water (more than 5 or 6 hours), slightly scald it in boiling water, and cut it into small pieces;
2. Scoop the pig bones for later use;
3. Put Ganoderma lucidum, red dates, longan, ginger slices, pig bones and donkey-hide gelatin into a stew pot.
4. Stew for 3 hours.
5. Add a little salt to taste after stewing.
