Home-cooked stewed tofu with silver carp
Silver carp 1 (about 3 kg), half a catty of frozen tofu, star anise 1, pepper 1 (about 20 pieces), fennel 1, 2 dried red peppers, 2 onions, 5 ginger and 65438+ garlic.

Cooking steps
