Gongshan Dulong cuisine includes slate Baba, bee pupa, sour bamboo dish, bamboo wine, steamed bread and so on.
1, Slate Baba: Slate Baba is an ancient food of Dulong and Nu people in Gongshan County. Since ancient times, slate has been used as a pot and sprinkled into batter. The finished product is sweet and delicious, with unique flavor and rich nutrition.

4, bamboo wine: Dulong people in Gongshan area of Nujiang, Yunnan like to drink, and every household has to make wine every harvest season. Dulong people use bamboo tubes instead of crocks to make wine. When brewing, they choose the best bamboo and make it into a wine jar, and then mix cooked rice, wheat or sorghum with medicinal liquor and put it into a bamboo jar. After 7 days, open the bamboo tube cover and you can drink the mellow bamboo tube wine.
5, bee pupa: bee pupa is one of the most exquisite dishes of Dulong. It is said that there are many centenarians in Dulong, which is related to the frequent consumption of bee pupae. Bee pupa can be used as both food and nutritional health products, and is known as "ginseng in the sky". Bee pupa is rich in protein, amino acids, germanium, selenium, vitamins and calcium. In addition, it also contains dozens of enzymes and some unknown bioactive substances that the human body cannot produce by itself.
