How to cook onion ribs?
All the ribs you buy should be cut. Boil the pot until the water boils. Put down the washed ribs and cover the pot. The purpose is just to release water.
Take out the ribs and cut the onions. Cut one if you like, and cut half if you like. Dice onion and marinate ribs with soy sauce, less than half a teaspoon of salt and rice wine for half an hour.
Boil the pot and put oil (it is recommended to put cold oil in the hot pot), add the marinated ribs, and remember to put down the pot and fry the onions one by one until golden. Mix the raw flour with water and set aside.
Put some oil, turn the heat down, add onion, sugar and vinegar to suit your taste, and add some soy sauce. Turn to high heat, add fried ribs, add cornstarch and water and stir fry.
