Ingredients: beef, tomato, onion, water, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, tsaoko, dried Chili, crystal sugar and salt.

1. Cut the beef into small pieces and wash it with warm water.

3. Put the beef in a pressure cooker, add cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, Amomum tsaoko, dried chili and water, then cover the pot and cook, then turn to low heat 15 minutes.
4. Cut the cross knife at the top of the tomato, put it in water for one minute, then peel and cut into pieces.
5. Cut the onion into small pieces.
6. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the onions.
7. Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry with a spatula.
8. Then add the cooked beef, cooking wine, soy sauce and rock sugar.
9. Add the water for boiling beef, simmer on low heat after boiling, simmer slowly until the broth is thick, and finally add the right amount of salt to taste.
