Ingredients: yellow bone fish, tender tofu.
Seasoning: shredded ginger, oil, celery, salt and chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Wash the yellow croaker and fry it in hot oil until both sides are golden.
2. After the shredded ginger is fragrant, put in a bowl of boiling water (boiling water is the key to making milky thick soup) and cook it on medium and small fire until the fish soup turns white.
3. Cut the tender tofu into small pieces, add it to the fish soup and cook for about 3 minutes.
4. Add diced celery, salt and chicken essence to taste.
Ps: Fish must be fried first, then cooked, and simmered slowly.
