1. Zhaoshao Steak
Ingredients and materials
Beef tenderloin, onion, asparagus, mushroom, red and yellow pepper, olive oil, black pepper, butter, salt and teriyaki sauce;
Recipe exercise-
1. Cut beef tenderloin into pieces with moderate thickness and pat it loose with the back of a knife.
2. Sprinkle appropriate amount of black pepper, salt and Baiyi sauce on both sides.
3. Remove the old roots of asparagus, scrape off the skin, shred the onion, cut the colored pepper into pieces, and slice the mushrooms.
4. Put a little olive oil on the fire, add shredded onion and stir fry.
5. Add the marinated beef tenderloin.
6. Fry for about 1 minute, cover the pot and simmer.
7. Fry until the surface is brown, take out the steak and put it on the plate.
8. Add a little butter to the pan and stir-fry the vegetables.
9. Cover and simmer until the vegetables turn brown, then serve and put the cows on the plate.
2. Baked eye steak with tomato sauce
Ingredients and materials
Naked eye steak, cucumber, green pepper, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red wine, tomato sauce, sugar.
Recipe exercise-
1. Let the steak thaw naturally. Preheat oven, fire up and down, 220 degrees.
2. Pour olive oil into the frying pan and shake the pan to make the oil evenly suspended in the pan.
3. When the oil is hot, simmer and add the steak.
4. fry until one side is colored, then turn it over and fry the other side.
5. Put the tin foil on the baking tray and put the fried cows on it.
6. Send it to the middle layer of the oven and bake for 10- 15 minutes.
7. Put the grilled steak into the dish, wash and cut the cucumber and green pepper, and pose.
8. Pour the oil soup in the baking tray into a small bowl, add salt, black pepper, red wine, tomato sauce and sugar, stir well, pour into a frying pan and fry over low heat.
9. Scoop out the sauce with a spoon and pour it on the steak.
