Smilax glabra, winter melon and turtle soup

Ingredients: Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae 25g, wax gourd (with skin) 300g, 5-6 red dates, a little ginger, soft-shelled turtle 1 piece (about 500g).
Practice: Wash the tortoise, slaughter and cut into pieces, stir-fry in oil for a while, and then add shredded ginger to stir-fry until fragrant. Wash Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, cut the wax gourd into pieces and put them into the soup pot together with the red dates, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for half an hour, and then add a little salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
Usage: acute attack of gout, 1 time/day, for 7 days.
Braised old duck with medlar

Materials: Lycium barbarum 15g, Panax notoginseng 20g, 5 slices of ginger, and old duck 1 bird (about 1000g).
Practice: Slaughter, unhairing, cleaning, eviscerating and fascia sebum, cut into small pieces, put ginger slices in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, cook with strong fire for half an hour, then add Lycium barbarum and Sanqi tablets, and stew with low fire 1 hour. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and take it.
Usage: In the chronic remission stage of gout, take it once a week for 7 weeks.
