How to make Mapo Tofu
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and chop green onion, ginger and garlic

Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry

Add water, add pepper and sugar and cook for five minutes

Pour in the tofu cubes and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes

Finally, pour in water Cook the starch for one minute (water starch: 1 spoon of starch + 3 spoons of water and mix well)
