1. Diet + exercise will definitely help you lose weight, but everyone’s body constitution and tolerance are different. Some people will lose weight quickly, while others will need to diet + exercise for a long time to reach the ideal standard. .

3. My way to lose weight is: drink a glass of warm water after getting up in the morning, then move your body for 10 minutes, and then drink a glass of lemon water , have breakfast in 5 minutes, and eat an apple or orange at 10 o'clock.
Have a normal meal at noon and avoid fatty meats and desserts. A cup of green tea at 3pm.
Dinner is more important. You can only eat porridge made from various vegetables and whole grains. Millet porridge or corn porridge will do. You can eat some soy products in moderation. You can’t eat anything after 8 o’clock, and you also need water. Drink less.
Start exercising 50 minutes after dinner. I combine gym and jogging. Go to the gym 3-4 days a week, 1 hour of yoga + 1 hour of belly dancing, or a combination of spinning + ballet.
Go jogging on the playground in the remaining days. The general rule for a 400-meter playground is: 1 lap of fast walking + 2 laps of jogging + 1 lap of fast walking + 1 lap of normal walking. After running, be sure to stretch your ligaments and do some local slimming exercises you learned from your fitness coach. Don't just go home and rest after running.
I persisted like this for 4 months and reduced from 108 pounds to 88 pounds (height 16cm). So there is no problem if you lose 10 pounds in 2 months. Especially in the 2-3 months, I feel like I am losing weight every day. And because of the effects of lemon water and green tea, the complexion of the skin will be very good.
4. Maintenance after weight loss: Keep exercising 2-3 times a week. You don’t need to be as frequent and vigorous as during weight loss, but you must exercise. Also, each meal should be 8 minutes full, and don’t eat too much at dinner. Try not to eat greasy meat, eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Stick to lemon water and green tea. It's easy, as long as you persist. I basically adhere to these principles, and occasionally make mistakes. My weight now fluctuates between 90-92 pounds.
5. Additional question: You must be hungry if you go to bed too late. But I couldn’t eat no matter how hungry I was. After exercising all night, eating before going to bed would be worse than not exercising at all. The only way to solve this problem is to go to bed early.
Breakfast depends on the time you go to school or work. 7-9 o'clock is the time when the small intestine absorbs nutrients. You can eat anything in between. You must eat breakfast. If you don’t eat, you will feel dizzy during exercise, which is not good for your health.
