Method for vegetable juice and fruit juice

Wash the tomatoes, blanch them with boiling water and peel them, then chop them up, wrap them in clean double gauze and squeeze the tomato juice into a small pot. Put sugar in the fruit juice and mix it with warm water before drinking. Pay attention to choosing fresh and ripe tomatoes.
5. Green vegetable water: 50g of green vegetables (spinach, rape and cabbage) and 50g of clear water. Wash and chop vegetables. Put the steel pot on the fire, boil the water, add the chopped vegetables, cover the pot, cook for 5-6 minutes, leave the fire, stew for 10 minutes, and filter off the vegetable residue to leave the soup.
6. Watermelon juice: appropriate amount of watermelon juice, put watermelon juice into a bowl, mash it with a spoon, and then filter it with sterile gauze to get the juice.
7. Green vegetable juice: Boil a bowl of water in a pot, soak the cleaned and intact green vegetable leaves in water for 20-30 minutes, then take out and chop up about a bowl, and boil it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Take the pot out of the fire, squeeze the vegetable leaves with a spoon to make the vegetable juice flow into the water, and pour out the supernatant, which is the vegetable juice.
8. pumpkin juice: Peel the pumpkin, cut it into dices and steam it, then grind the steamed pumpkin into mud with a spoon. Add a proper amount of boiling water to the pumpkin puree, dilute and mix evenly, then put it on a clean colander, filter and take the juice to eat. Pumpkins must be steamed. You can also add it to rice flour to feed your baby.
9. Apple and carrot juice: peel and wash carrots and apples, cut them into dices, put them in a pot and add some water to cook them for about 10 minutes. Filter the juice with clean gauze. Carrots are rich in β-carotene, which can promote the growth of epithelial tissue and enhance the photosensitivity of retina. They are essential nutrients for babies.
10. Carrot hawthorn juice: Wash the hawthorn and cut it into four pieces; Wash and chop half a carrot. Put hawthorn and chopped carrot into a saucepan, add water to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes, and then filter with gauze to get juice. Hawthorn is rich in organic acids, pectin, vitamins and minerals. The content of vitamin C is 10 times higher than that of apple.
