1 duckling
Beer 1 bottle
5 slices of ginger
Garlic 4 cloves
Dried Chili segments 1 pinch
1 green pepper
Onion 1 root
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
Half a spoonful of sugar
Proper amount of salt

Beer duck 1 illustration. Wash the duck and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Slice ginger and peel garlic.
Illustration of beer duck 2. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and blanch the duck for 5 minutes. After picking up the duck pieces, rinse them with clear water and drain them.

Continue to stew until the duck meat is crisp and rotten, and the soup is dried (if the duck meat is not rotten enough, you can add a little boiling water).
