Beer 1 bottle

5 slices of ginger

Garlic 4 cloves

Dried Chili segments 1 pinch

1 green pepper

Onion 1 root

Half a spoonful of soy sauce

Half a spoonful of sugar

Proper amount of salt

Beer duck 1 illustration. Wash the duck and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Slice ginger and peel garlic.
