How to make multigrain wowo
This is the multigrain that dad eats all year round. It is made from a mixture of sorghum flour, soybean flour and corn flour. They are all grown in my aunt's own land. I don’t know what ingredients are added to the steamed buns sold in the market, so I know that they don’t taste right and the color is wrong.
Mix grains and wheat flour in a ratio, add a little baking soda and an appropriate amount of water to make a slightly hard dough, then knead it into a nest and steam it for thirty minutes.
Steam a pot of wowo and put in a small handful of baking soda, about a dozen grams!
