Hypokalemia can be prevented and treated by the following methods:
1. After the symptoms of hypokalemia appear, you can usually adjust your diet and eat more foods rich in potassium, such as bananas, spinach, lean meat, bean products, watermelons, corn, sweet potatoes, potatoes and green leafy vegetables. Tea is also rich in potassium, so you can drink more tea.
2. Avoid high-temperature operation and long-term exercise, and add juice or sugar salt water after sweating a lot.
3. All patients with diabetes, hyperthyroidism, nephropathy and hypertension should avoid dangerous work such as aerial work and driving during illness, and bring their own oral potassium tablets.
