The materials to be prepared in advance are: 7 chicken wings, appropriate amount of onion, ginger 1 slice, 2 star anise, pepper 1 teaspoon, cumin 1 teaspoon, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon, and vinegar/kloc.
1, step one, clean the chicken wings, cut them in two, blanch them and set them aside.
2. Wash and cut the green onions and ginger into pieces and add them to the chicken wings.
3. Add star anise, pepper and cumin to the chicken wings.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and vinegar and mix well, as shown below.
5. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours.
Take it out after 6 or 5 hours and put it in a baking tray, as shown in the figure below.
7. Heat the oven at 200 degrees, 190 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes first.
8./kloc-Take out after 0/5 minutes, brush with honey, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and bake for another 5 minutes.
Take it out after 9 or 5 minutes, so that the roasted chicken wings are ready.
