What are the three specialties?

According to the records of Wugang county, Wugang copper goose has been raised for more than 500 years. During Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, Wugang once raised a large number of copper geese. In the Qing Dynasty, the bronze goose was listed as a tribute of the imperial court because of its tender and delicious meat. Wugang Copper Goose was once called the "Three Treasures" of Hunan together with Xianglian and Ningxiang Pig.
