Recipe practice:

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Wash Toona sinensis and blanch it in boiling water.

3. Cut the blanched Toona sinensis into pieces for use.

4. Break up the egg mixture, add chopped Toona sinensis and salt and mix well.

5. Heat the wok oil to 70% heat and pour in the Toona sinensis egg liquid.

6. The egg liquid is slightly solidified and stir-fry until the egg is tender and mature.
