Accessories: soy sauce15ml, one spoonful of oyster sauce, cooking wine10ml.
Steps:
1. Select pork belly with skin, blanch the meat with hot water, and clean the surface with foam.
2. Cut the meat into large pieces and put it in the pot. Add fennel and other star materials and cook until completely cooked.
3. Cut the green onions and ginger into filaments and put them at the bottom of the bowl.
4. Take a bowl, add soy sauce, cooking wine and oyster sauce and mix well.
5. Cut the cooked meat into small pieces and put the skin in a bowl.
6. Pour the prepared juice on the meat.
7. Add water to the steamer to boil, put the bowl in, cover it and steam for about 1 hour, the longer the better.
8. Steamed meat is soft and rotten.
9. Take a slightly larger bowl and buckle it on the bowl. Hold two bowls with both hands and buckle them immediately. Buckle the meat into the bowl with the skin facing up.
