First, choose two fresh eggs and beat them evenly with chopsticks. My personal secret is to put cold boiled water in the water. About a bowl of water is enough. Pay attention to the salt. It's too salty and tasteless. You can try it first. Eating raw eggs is no problem. Add a little soy sauce and oil. After stirring, skim off the overflowing bubbles with a spoon. Steam on high fire 15 minutes. I haven't tried microwave steaming.
