Ingredients: pork chop and taro.
Seasoning: a little salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, starch 1 tablespoon, vegetable oil, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, and sugar.

Peel taro and cut it into dices.

Mix the ribs with a little salt, soy sauce, a little sugar, a little chicken powder, vegetable oil and a spoonful of starch, and marinate for later use.
