It's easy to stew soup for an hour in winter recipes.
Peel the radish and cut it into pieces.
After the ribs are cut into pieces, blanch them with clear water and then wash them.
Put cold water in the pressure cooker, put cooked ribs in the pot, put two spoonfuls of cooking wine, then press 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.
After the pressure in the pressure cooker is removed, open the pot cover, put the radish pieces into the sparerib soup, then add a proper amount of salt, cover the pot cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Tip:
1. Radish contains a lot of vitamin C, carotene and crude fiber, which can reduce blood lipid, stabilize blood pressure and prevent gallstones when used in soup.
2. If there is no pressure cooker at home, boil the ribs in a soup pot, simmer for 30 minutes on medium fire, then simmer for 20 minutes, and then stew with white radish for 40 minutes.
