Hot pepper diced chicken crash edition
Raw materials:
Chicken leg, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, white sesame (cooked), pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger powder, salt, sugar and leek.
Exercise:
1. Chop the chicken leg into small pieces, cut the onion into sections, and slice the ginger and garlic.
2. Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar (just a little) and ginger powder, mix the chicken pieces well and marinate for 30 minutes (you can marinate them in advance, and you can marinate more if you have enough time).
3. Start the oil pan, add a little more oil, put the chicken pieces in and stir fry, stir fry the water in the chicken, stir fry until it is dry and fragrant, and serve.
4. Saute ginger, garlic slices, onion segments, dried red pepper and pepper in the oil pan.
5. Pour in the chicken pieces and continue to stir fry for five or six minutes.
6. If the salinity is not enough, you can add a little soy sauce, but not too much. Finally, add white sesame seeds and leeks (I just have them at home, so I can put them in order to deal with leeks. If there is no leek, I can omit it) and stir fry for a minute or two.
I hope this helps.
