How should diabetics eat three meals a day?
Breakfast: Three set meals are available:

Dinner: three sets of choices:

(1) steamed bread (standard flour 75g), pickled mustard tuber minced tofu (lean pork 25g, pickled mustard tuber seed 50g, tofu 100g), and vegetable fried white gourd (white gourd 150g).

(2) Rice (75g of rice), shredded green bamboo shoots (50g of lean meat), shredded cucumber bean curd (50g of cucumber 100g, tofu).

(3) Rice (75g of rice), celery fried with meat (50g of lean pork, celery 150g), kelp silk 100g, and loofah soup (75g of loofah, 2g of laver).

Fruit can be added between lunch and dinner, including oranges, watermelons, strawberries, apples and pears, weighing 100g. Choose one. However, patients with poor blood sugar control should not eat fruits for the time being, and tomatoes and cucumbers can be used instead.
