Recipe practice:
1. Sliced steamed bread
2. Beat the eggs into a liquid state, pour in the steamed bread strips and mix well.
3. Shred all kinds of vegetables,
4. Pour more oil, 70% heat, pour in onion and saute until fragrant, pour in steamed bread strips and stir fry for 2 minutes, pour in miscellaneous vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes, and put monosodium glutamate out of the pot.
Recipe tip:
1: Steamed bread strips absorb more oil, but pour more.
2. The egg liquid should be evenly wrapped in each steamed bread strip.
3: Add salt when frying, or add cumin or spiced powder according to your own preferences.
