How to eat: Kiwi and Tremella Soup

Ingredients: kiwi fruit 1, half tremella, lotus seed 10, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

How to eat three: kiwi smoothies

1. Wash, peel and cut kiwifruit into small pieces. Mix fine sugar with cold boiled water, put it into a juicer and mash it.

2. Put the kiwifruit puree into a fresh-keeping box, put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, and stir it with a spoon until it is semi-solidified.

3. Put it back in the refrigerator and continue to freeze. Repeat this step for more than 3 times until the puree is in the shape of fine ice crystals.

1. Material selection: Kiwifruit with complete fruit, no pests and diseases and no damage is selected as raw material.

2. Cleaning: Rinse with clear water.

3. Alkaline soaking: soak in 20% sodium hydroxide solution at about 105℃ (slightly boiling) for 1 ~ 2 minutes.

4. Neutralization: Neutralize with 1% hydrochloric acid for 30 seconds at room temperature.

5. Rinse: rinse in flowing clean water for 10 minute, and then drain.

6. Slicing: First cut off the two end pieces, trim the residual skin, and then cut into 4 ~ 6 mm thick slices.

7. Sulfur fumigation: 4 kg of sulfur is used for every 1000 kg of raw materials, and sulfur fumigation is carried out for 4-5 hours.

8. Drying: the drying temperature should be controlled at 65 ~ 75℃, and after about 20 ~ 24 hours, the water content of the finished product should reach below 20%.

9. Finished product: drying, taking out, cooling and packaging to obtain the finished product.

How to eat five: kiwi and yam salad

1. Wear plastic gloves to peel the yam, cut it into small pieces and soak it in cold water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.

2. Put water in the pot, boil it, put the cut yam in, cook it, and take it out for later use.
