1, Bushen recipe
(1) Longevity porridge
Raw materials: 400g of Euryale ferox, nutmeg, 0/500g of yam/kloc, 500g of glutinous rice, 0/50g of ginseng, poria cocos/kloc, 250g of lotus seeds, and a proper amount of sugar.
Exercise:
1, stir-fry the kernels in a hot pan, take them out and grind them into powder. The same is true of glutinous rice.
2. Mix all the raw materials together, stir them evenly, cook them into porridge, and eat them twice a day.
Efficacy: strengthen the spleen to stop diarrhea and benefit the kidney.
(2) Shrimp porridge
Ingredients: 2 pairs of soybeans, 4 pairs of edamame, 2 pairs of black beans, 4 pairs of shrimp skin, Polygonum Multiflori Radix 3 yuan, Radix Rehmanniae 2 yuan, soy sauce 1/2 tbsp, sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 10 tbsp.
Exercise:
1. Clean soybeans and black beans one night in advance, put them in a bowl, add water and 15 spoon of salt, and soak them for one night until they swell.
2. Prepare the boiling water in the pot, pour the edamame into the boiling water until the soup turns green, then soak it in cold water and take it out. Soybeans and black beans are also scalded in boiling water for 2~3 minutes, then removed and dried.
3. Wash and filter the shrimp skin, put it in the oil pan for a while, and take it out after the color of the shrimp skin turns red. Pour Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and half a bowl of water into a pot, boil for 10 minute on medium heat, and then turn off the heat.
4. Mix all the ingredients together, add soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar to taste and mix well.
Efficacy: tonifying kidney, strengthening kidney, supplementing calcium and strengthening bone.
(3) Black bean rice slurry
Ingredients: 50 grams of black beans, 30 grams of black rice, and proper amount of medlar.
Exercise:
1. Wash black beans and black rice and soak them one night in advance.
2. Crush black beans and black rice with a soymilk machine, and pour the black liquid soaked with black beans and black rice into the soymilk machine.
3, add water, put the washed medlar in while it is hot, and you can eat it.
Efficacy: nourishing yin and kidney, strengthening spleen and warming stomach, improving eyesight and promoting blood circulation, nourishing yin and benefiting qi.
(4) Diced chicken with lotus seeds
Raw materials: clean chicken breast 250g, lotus seed 60g, mushroom10g, ham10g, egg white, starch and seasoning.
Exercise:
1. Dice chicken breast and mix well with egg white and starch; Soak mushrooms until soft, and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces with ham; Remove the heart of lotus seeds and steam them for later use.
2. Stir-fry the diced chicken in an oil pan until it is 70% cooked, drain the oil, add lotus seeds, mushrooms, ham and appropriate seasonings, stir-fry for a few times, and serve.
Efficacy: invigorating spleen and kidney, nourishing heart and strengthening body.
(5) Chinese caterpillar fungus yam duck soup
Ingredients: Cordyceps sinensis 15g, Chinese yam 20g, and a duck.
Practice: Put duck, Cordyceps sinensis and yam in a pot and add water to stew, then add some seasonings. You can eat it once or twice a week.
Efficacy: nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, suitable for insomnia, tinnitus, soreness of waist and knees, dry mouth and throat caused by deficiency of kidney yin.
(6) Pilose antler, wolfberry and pig kidney soup
Raw materials: pilose antler 10g, Chinese wolfberry 25g, pork loin 2.
Exercise:
1. Remove the intima of pork tenderloin and chop it.
2. Then put the pork tenderloin into the pot and stir-fry with ginger until cooked.
3. Put pork tenderloin, velvet antler and Lycium barbarum into a pot, add water and stew, and season (you can add half a spoonful of white wine when eating). You can eat it once or twice a week.
Efficacy: tonify kidney-yang, suitable for dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue, fatigue, and fear of cold caused by deficiency of kidney-yang.
2. Causes of kidney deficiency
1. Congenital deficiency: the kidney is the foundation of congenital essence, and the lack of essence and blood of parents often leads to kidney deficiency in children;
