1. Slice bacon and stir-fry oil over medium heat;
2. Stir-fry some of the oil and pour in mini sausage slices, stir-fry until cooked through. Dish up the two and set aside. Decant the oil, leaving an appropriate amount of oil at the bottom of the pot;
3. Turn on medium heat, add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant;
4. Pour in the winter melon and stir-fry, add some refined salt 2/3 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, stir-fry until cooked;
5. Add bacon and sausage slices, stir-fry until the winter melon is broken, and cook 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, mix well.
