Exercise:
1, cut tofu into small pieces, cut and clamp the blade for later use;
2. Cut the ham, lettuce and carrot into tofu-sized slices, put the ham slices into tofu, put the lettuce slices and carrot slices on both sides of tofu, put them in a plate in turn, steam them in a steamer, and pour in oyster sauce.
