Practice of wrapping small intestine with large intestine
Ingredients: Taiwan Province glutinous rice sausage, sausage, cucumber, peanuts, dried radish, eggs and garlic cloves.
Seasoning: soy sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, or ketchup.
Exercise:
1. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add glutinous rice sausage and red sausage, and slowly fry over low heat until the skin is brown.
2. Slice the cucumber, cut a small hole in the glutinous rice sausage with a knife, and add peanuts.
3. Break the eggs, chop the dried radish and slice the garlic.
4. Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the dried radish and garlic cloves first, then pour in the eggs and stir-fry them to make preserved eggs.
5. Finally, chop the preserved eggs into glutinous rice sausages, add sausage and cucumber slices, and drizzle with sauce.
