Ingredients:
1 tael of konjac powder
4g alkali powder
700cc water
Recipe :
1. Add alkali powder to water and stir quickly with a spoon until uniform for about 5 minutes. Add konjac powder and stir continuously until solidified
2. Leave it overnight or for more than 30 minutes , let it harden
3. Add water to the pot and boil for 30 minutes, changing the water 2-3 times during this period
4. Slice the konjac into slices
5. Soak in cold water and change the water every 2 hours to remove the alkali in the konjac, continue for 3 days and 2 nights
6. Cut the konjac flowers into strips according to personal preference and cook
