Stewed hairy crabs
Ingredients: hairy crabs, ginger slices, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and clear water.
Steps:
Wash hairy crabs, remove gills and peritoneum, and tap the shell with the back of a knife for later use.
Put ginger slices, minced garlic and chopped green onion into a bowl, add proper amount of cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil and water, and stir well.
Pour the marinade into the steamer, add the hairy crabs and steam for 15-20 minutes.
Take out the steamed hairy crabs and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
spicy crayfish
Ingredients: crayfish, pepper, dried pepper, ginger and garlic, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
Steps:
Wash crayfish, turn around and set aside.
Chop pepper, dried pepper, ginger and garlic, and mince onion.
Heat the wok, pour in the right amount of oil, add pepper and dried pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
Stir-fry ginger, garlic and chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar and water, and add crayfish after boiling.
After boiling for 5-8 minutes, add sesame oil and stir well.
Garlic scallop
Ingredients: scallop, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, red pepper, green pepper, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Steps:
Wash scallops for later use.
Chop minced garlic, Jiang Mo, red pepper and green pepper.
Heat a wok, pour in proper amount of oil, add minced garlic and Jiang Mo and stir fry.
Stir-fry red pepper and green pepper, and add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Add scallops and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add sesame oil and stir well.
Seafood fried rice
Ingredients: rice, shrimp, squid, crab meat, carrots, peas, chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence and sesame oil.
Steps:
Wash and chop shrimp, squid and crab meat, cut carrots into small pieces and blanch peas for later use.
Heat the wok, pour in the right amount of oil, and stir-fry the shrimps, squid and crab meat.
Stir-fry carrots and peas, and add some salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and chicken essence.
Put the rice in a pot, stir well, and add chopped green onion and sesame oil.
