Extract How to make tiramisu
1.
Note: Tiramisu requires mascarpone cheese, but mascarpone is generally difficult to buy. If you don’t have mascarpone, Capone can be replaced with cream cheese. Steps 1-6 of the preparation are only provided as alternatives for students who do not have mascarpone. If you have mascarpone, please skip and start from step 7. Cut the lemon, squeeze out the lemon juice with your hands, pour 45 grams of light cream into a bowl, add 5 grams of lemon juice, stir gently, the light cream will become solid, add the solidified light cream to the mixer. Add the beaten cream cheese and mix evenly
2.
Put the egg yolks and 60 grams of fine sugar into a bowl. Heat hot water in a pot, put the bowl containing the egg yolks into the pot, heat over the water (do not boil), and stir continuously until the fine sugar dissolves and the egg yolk turns white. Whip 120ML light cream until it is 70% fluffy, do not beat it too hard. Beat the mascarpone cheese with a mixer until fluffy, mix with the egg yolks in 8 and the light cream in 9 and stir evenly to form the cheese filling
3.
Pour 50ML coffee wine. Take a finger biscuit, quickly soak it in coffee wine, and spread it on the bottom of the wine glass. Pour a portion of the cheese filling into the wine glass, repeat step 12, place another layer of finger biscuits on top of the cheese filling, fill with the cheese filling, and spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator to chill for more than 4 hours. Just sprinkle with cocoa powder before eating. If you like, you can use powdered sugar to make some decorations on the surface
Cooking Tips
1. Tiramisu is a dessert that does not require baking. Traditional tiramisu , it should be made with Italian espresso, Mascarpone Cheese, finger biscuits and Marsala wine from Sicily, Italy. The formula introduced in this article is an adjusted formula;
2. The Mascarpone Cheese alternative method introduced in the article is only a stopgap measure for students who really cannot buy mascarpone, but it is still recommended. Try to buy mascarpone cheese, its taste is irreplaceable;
3. Coffee wine is a mixture of strong coffee and spirits. If you don’t have coffee wine, you can dissolve a pack of instant coffee in 50ML rum instead;
4. Tiramisu must be refrigerated for 4 hours before eating, so don’t be impatient;

5. If you want to make a cake-like tiramisu, you must use isinglass powder to help shape it. However, I particularly prefer the soft version of tiramisu without isinglass powder, so I made Tiramisu also does not add isinglass powder. This particularly delicate and soft taste will be unforgettable once you taste it.
