How to eat raw:
1, avoid boiling water, eat raw directly: shred and mix with some sugar and vinegar.
2. Shred carrots, add coriander powder, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil, and mix well.
3. Shred carrots and onions, add a little Chili oil and salt, and mix well together.
4. First cut carrots into shreds (peeled or not, depending on personal preference), mix a little salt aside, wash coriander, cut into shreds about the same length as carrots, put them on shredded carrots, and cut garlic into mud. Drain (a little) the oil and stir-fry the garlic in the oil pan, taking care not to burn it. Pour the oil and garlic into shredded carrots, then add seasonings such as soy sauce and chicken essence (friends who like spicy food can also put some pepper) and mix well.
The greatest contribution of carrots to human beings is that they are rich in beta carotene. As we all know, beta carotene is the main source of vitamin A in human body. The scientific way to eat carrots is to slice carrots, add seasonings and cooking oil, or stew them with meat (pork, beef and mutton), so that the preservation rate of β -carotene is the highest. When carrots are eaten raw, the digestion and absorption rate of β -carotene is the lowest.
Some people like to eat carrots, which are crisp and delicious. In hot weather, some people like to shred carrots for cold dishes, but nutritionists say carrots are nutritious only when they are cooked, and they should be given enough oil before eating them.
