Interior painting-painting steps of walls

Indoor wall painting needs to be cleaned and leveled first, then putty is scraped, and finally paint is brushed. In order to ensure a smoother wall, you can brush it several times.

Indoor wall painting construction steps:

1, operation flow

(1) wall cleaning: firstly, clean up the peeling and looseness of the wall, shovel off the ash, and then brush the wall with cement slurry.

(2) Wall surface: Level the unevenness and potholes on the wall surface with gypsum, dry them, grind off the protruding parts with mortar, and sweep away the floating dust.

(3) Blow putty: The frequency of blow putty can be determined according to the flatness of the wall, generally three times. The weight ratio of putty is latex, talcum powder and cellulose = 1: 3: 3.5. For the first time, scrape horizontally with a rubber scraper, one scraper after another. No joints shall be left, and the end of each scraper shall be clean and tidy. After drying, brush the paper, smooth and polish the muddy putty and spots, and then clean the wall. The second time, the rubber scraper is used for vertical full scraping, and the materials and methods used are the same as those of the first time. After drying, smooth the putty with sandpaper and clean it up. For the third time, fill the putty with rubber scraper or scrape the putty with steel scraper, scrape the wall flat and smooth, dry it and polish it with fine sandpaper, and the putty shall not be worn through.

(4) Brush the paint for the first time: the brushing sequence is to brush the top plate first, then the wall surface, and the wall surface goes up first and then down. Clean the wall first, and wipe off the dust on the wall with a cloth. Paint should use row brush, and when a new row brush is used, the movable row brush should be removed. The paint should be mixed evenly before use and diluted with water to prevent the paint brush from being blocked. Fill putty after drying, and polish it with sandpaper after drying. Clean it up

(5) Paint for the second time: the operation requirements for the second time are the same as those for the first time. Stir thoroughly before use. If it is not very thick, it is not advisable to add water or less water to prevent the bottom from showing. After the paint film is dry, use fine sandpaper to polish off the pimples and brush strokes on the wall surface, and then clean it up after smoothing.

(6) Paint for the third time: the operation requirements for the third time are the same as those for the second time. Because the coating dries faster, it should be operated continuously and quickly. When you brush, you should start from one end and gradually brush to the other. The upper and lower strokes should be connected with each other, and the last row of strokes should be followed by the previous row of strokes to avoid joint after drying.
