Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers
Ingredients: chicken feet 500g, pickled pepper 100g, 2 lotus roots, 3 cucumbers and 2 carrots;

4. Cut pickled peppers in half, pat ginger slices and garlic for later use, cook chicken feet until they are about 80% ripe for about 12 minutes, take them out and let them cool;
5. Prepare an oil-free quick container, pour boiling water for spreading peppers, add cooled chicken feet, ginger slices and garlic, add chopped pickled peppers and pickled pepper water, stir well, and pour a proper amount of white vinegar;
6. Cut cucumber and carrot into small strips, add some salt, marinate, and cut lotus root into small strips and put them in. After the water is boiled again, it is taken out and cooled;
7. After the lotus root strips are completely cooled, the pickled cucumber and carrot salt water are filtered, poured into pickled pepper water and pickled with chicken feet;
8. Pour a proper amount of white wine, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one night.
Braised chicken feet
Ingredients: 500g of chicken feet, 3 slices of chives and ginger;
Accessories: red pepper, 3 tsps of sugar, 2 tsps of salt and wine, 1 star anise, thirteen spices, salad oil, soy sauce and soy sauce;
Braised chicken feet:
