Volunteer service action of caring for children of migrant workers by the Communist Youth League

Over the years, grassroots organizations or teams of young volunteers across the country have paired up with schools where migrant workers' children are concentrated, and extensively carried out activities such as academic counseling, family companionship, feeling the city, self-care education, and caring donation.
The work pattern of "colorful holidays" key projects as one. College students' voluntary service plan for the western region
According to the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the "College Students' Volunteer Service Plan for the West" is a major work project jointly organized and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security according to the spirit of the 2003 the State Council Executive Meeting and the National Conference on Employment of College Graduates. It is one of the five special projects of the central government to guide and encourage college graduates to work at the grassroots level, and it is a sub-project of the national major talent project "Grass-roots Training Plan for College Graduates".
The "Western Plan" recruits a certain number of fresh graduates or graduate students for ordinary colleges and universities every year, and carries out voluntary service at the grassroots level in the western region for a period of 1-3 years, encouraging and supporting expired volunteers to take root in local employment and entrepreneurship. According to the service content, the "Western Plan" is divided into seven special projects: basic education, serving agriculture, countryside and farmers, medical and health care, grassroots youth work, grassroots social management, and serving Xinjiang and Tibet.
