Material: 400g of pig liver.
Accessories: laver 200g, shrimp skin 100g.
Seasoning: 20g of lard (refined), 3g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate, 3g of pepper 1 g and 3g of soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Cut pig liver into small pieces.
2. Wash laver and cut it into 2.5 cm long sections.
3. Cook the soup in the spoon. Add pork liver, soy sauce, salt, pepper water (5g), laver and shrimp skin.
4. When the soup is reopened, remove the pork liver, laver and shrimp skin and put them in a bowl. Skim the remaining soup, add a little monosodium glutamate, pour a little lard and pour it into a bowl.
