Ingredients: mushrooms, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, yellow rice wine, garlic and ginger (ginger and garlic foam) (personal preference, don't put it away if you don't like it, it tastes different), monosodium glutamate and appropriate amount.
Exercise:
1. Wash the mushrooms and tear them into strips (preferably smaller).
2. Break the eggs and add a little milk and salt (milk can reflect softness, tenderness and freshness).
3. Heat the oil, add minced garlic and ginger foam (optional), pour in mushrooms over medium heat, add yellow wine and sugar, slowly wait for mushrooms to fry for 8 minutes, and then put the beaten eggs into the pot. Two minutes later, a plate of delicious scrambled eggs with mushrooms came out of the pot.
